Infinity 780FL Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Despite battery replacement the remote, display faded, completely, and will not operate the fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspection on of the battery terminal pair was misaligned meaning that the remote would remain dead when batteries were inserted.

The terminal was repositioned and glued into place which restored full functionality.
