This Panasonic remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing / damaged button pad.

A replacement entire button array was ordered and when it arrived it actually turned out to be a completely brand new genuine remote control, therefore rather than repair the old one we sill supply the new remote for the repair price.
