Customer's Fault Description
TV standby light is on but remote will not turn the TV on. Remote does have the red light when buttons are pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This TV remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The controller was then tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is most likely with the TV itself.
