Dimplex Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dimplex

Customers Fault Description : Hand Control not activating the heater. Only has 2 buttons, 1 to turn ON, the other to turn OFF.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dimplex AC3RN Air Curtain (Wall Heater) remote controller arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to have the left button being non responsive.

This was due to contamination over the button array, this was all cleared which restored functionality.  The battery terminals were also replaced as they had signs of a battery leak / corrosion.
