Customers Fault Description : Leads and buttons dodgy!

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Remote control for Ledge gas fire arrived safely from Milton Keynes and on inspection was confirmed to have a bad battery cable and buttons.

All 4 buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
