Customer's Fault Description
Fire will not switch on. Remote has stopped working after being dropped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote controller arrived safely from Billingham and on testing was found to transmit correctly on both the up and down channel (see testing video)
The PCB was remioved to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The controller was then tested randomly over a 3 day period with not fault being found.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of the customers battery being at fault. If the item does still not work the fire it could be the receiver in the heater itself or the remote may nee to be paired with the heater (this is something we cannot do remotely)
