fireplace screen is working but the remote does not change the screen or sound
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Focalpoint remote arrived safely from Crewe and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening one of the battery terminals was found to be mangled out of position (see image).
The terminal was reworked back into position which restored full functionality.
A Duracell CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
