Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No signal from remote (checked via selfie camera) fire can be operated manually and works ok

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Valor Electric fire remote controller arrived safely from Belfast and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened the PCB had signs of corrosion from a battery leak (see image).  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
