Customer's Fault Description
On/ off switch broken off. Note equipment still works controlled by removing batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This GO2 handset arrived safely from Cleethorpes and on inspection the power switch cover was missing and the remote was dead.
The on off switch was found to have a broken shaft, a replacement switch and switch cover was fitted which restored full functionality, we only had a red colored switch cover.
