Doesn’t work at all - changed battery but still unresponsive.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bigzzia Treadmill Remote Controller arrived safely from Rochester and on inspection there was tape around the remote and there was no response from any button press.
On opening the 2 battery terminals were found to be shorting out each other, this had totally drained the supplied battery.
Insulation tape was fitted to prevent the terminals from shorting out again and when tested with a new battery the item sprang to life.
A Duracell CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
The tape was removed and the case cleaned of all contaminants.
