Customer's Fault Description
Looks like it requires a new on/off switch and a bit of a tidy up if possible. Sticking back together.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely from Driffield and on inspetion the case was loose and the on off button cap was missing.
The PCB was loose inside the controller also due to broken mounting pins. The PCB was glued into place and a replacement switch cover fitted (we only had a red cover available).
The case was then glued back together, full funcitonality was restored.
