Customer's Fault Description
The remote dropped on the floor and has stopped responding with the base unit. I have tried over 20 times to reset the remote to synchronise following instructions but no luck. The remote turns on okay with buttons appearing to work and there were no issues prior to the remote dropping. Now it won't respond with base unit which appears to be in good working order.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Control for Thermostatic Digital Mixer Shower arrived safely from Basildon and on testing was found to not be transmitting an RF signal
The RF module was swapped out which restored full functionality.
