AS PER CHAT, THE REMOTE WENT THROUGH THE WASHING MACHINE! HAS NOT WORKED SINCE
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux remote controller arrived safely from BUCKHURST HILL and on testing the middle and bottom button were found to be non responsive.

This was due to the conductive material on the button contacts being "washed" away.  Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality (see testing video)
