Remote not working as damaged when replacing battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Focalpoint Evoke electric fire remote control arrived safely from Stowmarket and on testing was foudn to be intermittently dead.

This was due to a disfigured battery terminal.  Once reset into the correct position full stable functionality was restored (see testing video).

A Duracell CR2025 will be supplied fitted on return.
