Dometic Heki 4 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dometic

Model : Heki 4

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working altogether. Previously would start again if batteries turned but now nothing. So looks like a contact issue.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dometic motorhome skylight remote controller arrived safely from Somerset and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery terminal.

Two of the terminals were replaced with custom spring terminals which restored full functionality.
