Customer's Fault Description
The remote control fell off the settee and then worked intermittently and now not at all. I’ve replaced the batteries and that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

This Bose Lifestyle 35 remote control (RC-X35L) arrived safely from Glasgow and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a shattered resistor, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
