Customer's Fault Description
There is no signal coming out of the remote control. We have changed the batteries and put new ones in but still no red signal light ( you have a video on your site showing you’ve repaired the same remote model that I have and when fixed there is the red beam coming out of the remote)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote control for a Guttman extractor fan arrived safely from West Horsley and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
Please note that the signal being emitted form this item is invisible infra red. You will not see any light from the remote with the human eye unless it is view through the output of an electronic camera as per our testing videos.
This item was tested over a 2 day period at random times and no fault could be replicated.
