Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : Remote is dead. Has been like this for year or so. Changed batteries but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex Electric Fire Remote controller arrived safely from Stanmore and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The code being transmitted was tested against the stock database and found to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
