Customer's Fault Description
Once the unit has left in the van for a while, when I got to turn it on I have to tap it in the balm of my hand and it will then turn on with all the operations working . I have a video of this if you require it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Powrwheel motor mover remote arrived safely from Nailsea and on testing was found not to respond from its twin power button press.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
