OPPO BDP 105 EU Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : AA batteries burst - does not seem to work at all

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Blu-Ray player remote controller arrived safely from Woodford Green and on testing was found to be dead.

The battery compartment had signs of a battery leak and the dead issue was found to be caused by the terminals being badly corroded.

Replacement terminals were fitted which restored full functionality.
