Customer's Fault Description
Fire is not responding to remote control. Fire can still be switched on/off and adjusted manually.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote arrived safely from Ashton-in-Makerfield and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the Oscillator and IR LED qwas replaced but the item remained dead.
Unfortunatley this means that hte main IC is at fault which in this controller is encased in black resin making a repair not possible.
