Customer's Fault Description
The tilt back and forward work, but the foot rest doesn’t. Also the cables are showing as the outer cable covering has come away from the control
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This controller arrived asfely from Eastwood and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and a replacement straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
