Customer's Fault Description
The handset will connect at first and will work for 2 to 3 minutes the light flashes & goes off. Then it will not connect again. Please will you Test and Repair it for me I have fitted new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Truma remote arrived safely from Grange-Over-Sands and on initial testing was found to turn on and transmit.  After a few times of testing the remote was found to power up intermittently.

This was found ot be due to a bad on/off switch, a replacement was fitted and then when retested was found to power up consistency every time. 

The signal being transmitted was found to be of normal strength and frequency.
