Customer's Fault Description
The flame increase button does not work. On inspection it seems as though the e actual
Switch is burnt out.

I think the mode number is EL0472 but I cannot be 100%
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gazco Gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover retaining clip was broken away from the cover. This was glued back into place.
On testing the button response was poor as per the customers fault description. All 4 buttons were replaced and a replacement battery cable fitted.
Full functionality was restored.
