Customer's Fault Description
The errs have come very loose and exposed approximately 1inch.
It is making it very hard to operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This HSL Recliner controller arrived safely from Southampton and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and also worn button contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and also replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
