Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Birmingham and on inspection was found to have a faulty power and down button (see image).
This was due to the contact decomposition, unfortunately replacement facias are not available as spares which means to rectify the issue we had to peel back the facia and fit replacement buttons under the originals. This restored full functionality to all buttons.
