Customer's Fault Description
Buttons work intermittently and stick. Buttons 1,2, 3 and 4 seem ok and the off button its the remaining buttons that are the problem. Have tried cleaning but this hasn't really worked
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Vibradorm ABS Bed Remote Control arrived safely from Eastbourne and on testing was found to have sluggish button response and some buttons were confirmed to "stick".
The PCB and button contacts were given an alcohol clean which restored the buttons response and then the button facia holes cleared of all contaminants which restored the "springiness" of the buttons.
The battery terminals were also repositioned to give a more stable power contact.
