Customers Fault Description : Top button not working and Cosmetic damage to case (dog!)

This remote controller arrived safely form Halifax and on inspection the case was damaged beyond repair, also the PCB was found to have a couple of cracks in the print.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality and then a replacement case was fitted from a scrap remote (brand new cases are not available as spares)
