Forward control button does not work/ detent does not feel right.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor mover remote arrived safely from Finmere and on inspection the button contacts and carbon contacts were found to be within normal resistance.
A test on the PCB was carried out and no issue could be found.
After talkngi with the customer it was found that they were mentioning that the top button felt different to the others which is something we could not replicated. It could be that there was moisture or heat that had expanded the button or made it tacky which has rectified itself over time, this is only speculation as without seeing the issue its impossible to day.
The customer is to test the remote out on the receiver on return.
