Customer's Fault Description
The battery in the remote control keeps going flat about every 4 weeks. The battery used to last 12 months.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gazco remote arrived safely from Pembroke Dock and on inspection was found to have a faulty 7133 voltage regulator which gave a random erroneous battery indicator. A replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable was a precaution.
