Tilevision Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working on the tv I have tried to pair it again but it’s no use
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Newport and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation on each button press (it even functioned with our workshop TV without issue).
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no issue being found.
It was then concluded that the issue is most likely with the TV itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
