Customer's Fault Description
As soon as I turn on the remote the right hand side motor goes into reverse, without pressing any buttons. This only stops when the remote is turned off (system still powered up)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Royal motor mover remote controller arrived safely from Strangford and on inspection part of the button facia trace bridge had become conductive meaning it was shorting out the contacts of on of the directional buttons.
The traces were reworked which restored full functionality.
