BSSB Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : BSSB
Customers Fault Description : Charging port has broken. This appears to be a common fault looking at your website.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Ashbourne and on inspection was found to have a detached charge port. A replacement charging port was fitted which restored full functionality.
Please note that only rechargeable batteries should be used in this remote, a rechargeable battery will be supplied fitted on return.
