Customer's Fault Description
Have replaced battery but shows still low battery, hand set will not switch fire off, nor allow to put fire on. Handset not functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Hand control for a Gazco gas fire Riva2 500 arrived safely from Essex and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator which was caused by a faulty regulator.
The regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
