Customer's Fault Description
Replaced fire batteries and remote batteries, however remote won’t start the fire. Usual start process cannot be engaged as normal. Display remains shaded although it displays time and temp. On removing back of remote batteries loosen and display resets. Perhaps battery seating or wiring issue??
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Hole in wall fire remote control was handed in by a local customer and on testing was found to have a non functioning power button.

The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
