Customer's Fault Description
Not communicating with trolley although trolley is running properly. Fault is with remote.

This Golf trolley remote controller arrived safely form Holywood and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press (see testing video)

The battery cable does have signs of a battery leak / corrosion but as the item is transmitting this has not been replaced as it hasn't shown a fault.
