Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitrol

Customers Fault Description : Brand new batteries showing as low when plugged in. Remote not operating fire consistently.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas fire remote controller arrived safely form Farnham and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.

This was due to a faulty regulator.  A replacement regulator and battery cable were fitted which restored full functionality.
