Customer's Fault Description
I have been told the mover is at flaunt, will only work one side of mover. This could been down to battery’s left in and slight corrosion from the battery’s have damage the remote unit in side.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor mover remote arrived safely from Plattbridge and on testing was found that the rightmost buttons were non responsive.
This was due to corrosion spots in the print caused by a battery leak.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
