Battery light still working but nothing happens when you engage the other buttons. Remote fell off the settee.

This Fire remote controller arrived safely from Sleaford and on testing was found not to transmit a sginal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty transducer, the transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
