Customer's Fault Description
Down button working fine. Up (2 buttons held down together) mostly not working - red LED flickers or does not come on. UP unreliable - works sometimes and not at other times.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Mertik Maxitrol G30 - ZRHSO for gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Ferring and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response.

All buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
