Customer's Fault Description
Dead - nothing works - will not turn sound bar on. I have installed a new battery (CR2025) but still nothing. The sound bar doesn't have any manual controls, so without a remote it's useless.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Sound bar remote control arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing the top left power button and the volume buttons were non responsive.

When opened there was liquid contamination over the PCB and button contacts (see image).  The PCB and button contacts were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
