Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two body drier remotes arrived safely from Barling and on testing both had non functioning buttons and had cracks in the facia.
Due to the cracks in the facia this allowed moisture to get into the controller which had started to eat through the print.
The print was reworked and then replacement conductive pads glued under the original facias (these facias are not available as spares).
Full functionality was restored to both remotes (see testing video).
One of the remotes battery covers is missing its retaining lugs, this meant that tape is used to secure the cover into place, again these battery covers are not available as spares.
