Customers Fault Description : Remote control will not work, it looks like a piece has come loose and the battery isn't getting a connection.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Bellfires Gas fire remote control arrived safely from St Ives and on inspection was found to have a detached battery terminal.

This terminal was refitted and the internal weight glued into place as it was found to be loose within the remote.

Full functionality was restored.
