Customer's Fault Description
I know that the remote has not been used for some years, although the garage door works OK by pressing the button on the unit inside the garage. The remote appears to be dead despite having a full battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Garage door remote model M-872 arrived safely form Louth and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to faulty buttons, both were replaced which restored full functionality.
