electrical lead is badly damaged and will need repalcing
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bed Controller arrived safely form Newport and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.

A replacement straight black cable was fitted (we cannot get the white curly kind) 

This remote was returned UGT with the top left button not being responsive, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button and the cable was retested.  Returned to customer for testing 5th May 2023
