Linear Remote Repair Details

This Linear Treadmill remote controller arrived safely from Stroud and on inspection the positive battery terminal was bent out of place meaning that when a battery was inserted it was shorting the power source, therefore making the remote dead.

The terminal was repositioned correctly and then when re-tested was found to be functioning as normal on each button press (see testing video).

This is a common issue that is caused by incorrect battery insertion which bends the terminal out of position.  Because of this it is important to be careful whenever replacing the battery.  A brand new Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return so there will be no need to replace the battery for quite some time.
