Remote just stopped working

This Canopy controller arrived safely form Gloucester and on testing was foudn ot be transmitting on each of the main buttons as per normal operation and the frequency was tested as 433Mhz which is correct.
The control was then tested randomly over a 2 day period with no issue being found. It is possible that the remote needs pairing with the canopy, failing that it could be an issue with the canopy receiver itself.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being the customers battery at fault.
