Top button damaged, can't program remote to receiver

This garage door remote controller arrived safely and on inspection the top button was broken away from the PCB, this was refitted but it was found that the button was short circuit meaning it was transmitting all the time.

Unfortunately this was not a regular stock button, one was ordered and when arrived and fitted full functionality was restored.
