Customer's Fault Description
the wire have fayed and requires a new wire, the box screws are missing and the controller is taped together, new length of cable required, i have enclosed the connector plug to chair also
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote controller for a mobility chair arrived safely from Romford and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable , missing gromet and missing screws (some of the fixing holes were broken)
A straight cable was fitted (se cannot get the curly kind) and a gromet was created using layers of heat shrink. 4 Screws were then fitted to the fixings that were still present.
