Heater Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Heater
Customers Fault Description : Not working at all, Have replaced batteries still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric heater remote controller arrived safely from Ottershaw and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The code being transmitted was foudn to be consistent on each press as per normal.
This item has been classed as no fault found. The customer is to re-test the remote with brand new batteries and if the dead issue remains then it may be a problem with the receiver part of the heater itself.
